Remake/Return Policy

Our Guarantee
The CPO Gear goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your print order, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it one time free of charge. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. Please know that digital files do not have a wide latitude for adjustment. In addition, please preview your order for accuracy before completing your purchase. These features include spelling, grammar, positioning of text, orientation/cropping of images and other services such as paper choice and finish options. If you alter a product after you receive it, we cannot offer free reprinting of that product or a full refund.

We DO NOT offer refunds or replacement for items other than additional prints. For all other items all sales are final. Non-exchangeable or non-refundable products include, but are not limited to, key chains, buttons, clothing items, coffee mugs, mouse pads, and phone cases. These are custom made items and as such are not able to be exchanged or refunded.

Color issues
An experienced color technician reviews every order you submit to us. The technician performs an overall color correction on monitors that are calibrated to our printers. Here at CPO Gear we have built in every control measure possible to standardize this process. However, color correction may be performed by the printer as well, and the process does have an element of human interpretation. We have received rave reviews from customers for years regarding our color process. However, because of the human element exact color match from order to order cannot be guaranteed.

4×6 Prints and orders are not color corrected and are not eligible for reprinting due to brightness, color or contrast issues.

How to process a remake?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the date purchased via our contact us page.

You will need to include the following:

  1. The online order number
  2. The name, sku, or detailed description of the item
  3. A detailed description of the issue

DO NOT replace the order through the website. The remake will be processed and shipped out immediately.

Damaged Order

If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact customer service via our contact us page and let us know the issue. If a print or prints is/are damaged during shipment we will reprint the damaged item or items one time and one time only. You are required to destroy damaged prints in order to receive a reprint. If a refund is requested, you may be asked to return the order to us at your own expense. If this is needed we will provide you with instructions.
Please return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Lost Order

If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time for on the shipping method chosen, please contact customer service via our contact us page to arrange a reprint. For Prints: Economy shipping, 20 business days must elapse before we are able to process a reprint for a “lost” order. For Standard shipping, 15 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost.” For all other products except prints: 30 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost”. “Lost” order remakes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Online Security

CPO Gear has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online. Access to data is limited to authorized staff members of CPO, TMC, and our agents, and is further restricted by password protection mechanisms. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and may be updated on a regular basis to ensure strong data collection. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. Credit card information is not stored in our database and CPO Gear does not handle your credit card data. Transactions are processed via PayPal on their servers and we only receive confirmation that the transaction was approved or denied and cannot provide any information regarding the reason for a transactions success or failure.

Your Conduct

Images produced by CPO are protected by copyright laws and should not be shared in any fashion. CPO Gear has the legal right to reproduce the images in order to fulfill your orders. This copyright is limited and non-transferable to you.

Limit of Liability

Though every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of our products, unfortunately even with the best operators and best machines, error is possible. Submitting any order to this firm for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement order with a like amount of product and processing, or a refund of the purchase price of the product order minus shipping. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the order is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
